“Tim was CEO during my time at GP Connections. His greatest asset and legacy were to his employees. He knew how to communicate strategy while at the same time allowing staff to make decisions on how to implement it.

Tim was excellent in managing stakeholders, and it was an excellent environment to learn how to deal with stakeholder politics. He encouraged us to research and get to know the stakeholders, not to be in competition, but to see how we could best work with them (and still keep to budget!).
