When you want to turn your team around, you need to start with the way you lead them.   With more than 40 years experience as a manager, including 13 years as a CEO in the medical industry, I’ve seen and experienced the best and the worst of management styles.

Having studied leadership – because I really like to know how things and people work – for 18 of those years, I’ve learned a lot about how people react, plan (or fail to), focus on the end game, and work in the moment.   What these behaviours and many others do for any organisation has been fodder for thousands of books written in the last few decades.  Many people can talk about leadership, but I come at this from a science perspective and with the experience of putting my knowledge and learning into practice over many years and achieving results for my teams and organisations I’ve worked for.
